Museo PEM Exhibition

After winning a public tender, we were entrusted by the Municipality of Quartucciu — responsible for the creation of the PEM Museum — with the design of both the visual identity and the museum exhibition design.

The museum’s exhibition design relies entirely on video installations distributed across five stations, activated by the presence of visitors. Animated graphics and narrated voices, available in both Italian and English, guide visitors through the story of the necropolis and its artifacts.

The five stations along the exhibition route feature animated films that guide visitors through the story of the museum and the four key periods during which the necropolis was active — from the Punic era to the late Roman period.
Each screening is synchronized with detailed motion graphics projected onto holographic panels suspended above the rock-carved tomb remains.
